Installation:

 

• Place the “Z” rail in position with the depth gauge resting on the sill of the  door.

• Use supplied level to ensure that the portion attached to the foundation  is vertical and true.

​​

• Secure bottom edge of “Z” rail to foundation with 8mm  concrete bolts or similar, inserting “H”

        packers to make good any lateral differences to ensure that the top of the rail is absolutely level. 

        This is  critical...!.

   

• When “Z” rail is secured in place remove the plastic spacers and the depth gauges from the rail.

 

• Attach ends to Profile with PK screws.  (bottom and sides only)

 

• Insert bottom lip edge of Profile into the lower “Z” channel.

 

• Rotate the Profile and secure to “Z” rail with supplied PK screws.

 

• Attach drainage system.

 

• Finally secure the grate with the supplied stainless steel screws
