This perimeter drain is easiy installed at any stage of the build. It is effective and low cost, looks good, manufactured in Dunedin, and has exterior corrosion protection.
 
The issue of dampness being present on the outside of concrete foundations and subsequent migration of moisture up the foundations which can rot  out building components, is a perennial and persistent problem. DryZone Perimeter Drainage system solves this.
 
The product consists of 3 principal parts.
A rail that bolts onto the foundation, the channel body, and the grate with an 85mm  connection to the 100mm drainage system to a sump or storm water drainage system.  The system comes assembled ready to fix straight onto the foundation.
 
It is so simple to install, effective. and it complies with the Building Act E2/AS1.
It is constructed from 5052 grade 1.6mm Aluminium. The exterior surfaces of the product are coated in epoxy paint system to further prevent corrosion form surrounding groundworks.
 
Each length (or part length) comes fully assembled. Just attach with nylon anchor connect drainage pipes and backfill. Job done...!
 
A seperate level-entry profile is available to provide effective drainage from door thresholds.
 
Available in 2400mm lengths or speciality shorter lengths as required..
